I created The Built to Thrive Method (BTM) from my experience as a first time mom who struggled with disordered eating, body image issues, and a tough recovery from my emergency C-section. I combine my own personal experience as well as my professional experience in helping women find growth and healing in their journeys too! My well-rounded background in balanced nutrition, functional fitness, and mindset strategies with specialties in women’s health provides me with a unique skill set that you won’t find anywhere else.
