To start an open conversation to discuss your individualized goals and most importantly…why you haven’t been able to achieve them on your own. All of your questions will be answered and the best options for you will be presented. A time to start building our coaching relationship before payment is even discussed!

  • A quick application to follow the video that allows me to gain more details on your personal situation and goals to make sure we’re the right fit for one another – remember this coaching relationship is a 2-way street!
  • Then we get to connect to discuss what I am able to offer you to help reach your goals with the utmost support and understanding.
